MGB Logo Design
Inspired by the iconic 3-spoke design of classic sports car steering wheels, I’ve created a logo where my initials form the shape of these elegant wheels. This design blends personal identity with automotive history, symbolizing precision, style, and a passion for both tradition and innovation.
Fueled by my passion for motorsport and the automotive industry, I incorporated a checkered flag design around the steering wheel logo to symbolize both the start and finish line of a project. This element reflects the competitive spirit, the journey, and milestones achieved, emphasizing the importance of both the process and the result in every venture.

Editorial Bugatti
This was my final year project at University.
I had the pleasure of working with the Bugatti Trust to create a publication about the Bugatti Type 35.
Editorial Bugatti is a project that celebrates the 100th anniversary of the most awarded race car of all time, with over 1000 victories. The project aims to capture the essence of speed and elegance through the design of the newspaper, using various techniques that were used at the time such as barrier grid animations to showcase the speed.
To go along side the newspaper I designed and made 3 Steel artworks that would look the part in any art collection. Inspired by the futurism art movement that was popular at the time and using original photographs from the Bugatti Trust archives I tried to showcase the speed through the use of concentric circles focusing on areas of movement in each artwork.
I aslo created a Riso poster to go with the newspaper.

PORSCHE 911: DESIGN HERITAGE
This is the book I created as part of a university brief, which was to create an anthology book. I gathered texts from a number of sources about the different generations of the Porsche 911 and compiled them all into this book. One of my favourite things about my book is that I designed it so that it would fit inside any glove box from any generation of the 911 so that it could be enjoyed by any enthusiast.

VINTAGE AD - MODERN CAR
Linked to my Porsche book project I had to create an exhibition space using the same topic as my book. Working with Porsche centre Aberdeen and inspired by vintage car advertising I added some character to these spec sheets. Before they were so boring and lacked personality so I rebranded them.

AMO Creations
AMO Creations is a recent project that involved redesigning a client's logo and creating a portfolio website for them to showcase their skills and expertise. The business specializes in creating unique gifts and refurbishing old or unwanted furniture into new and interesting pieces. The project highlights the business's passion for creativity and craftsmanship while sticking to the core brand identity that the client asked for.
For the logo redesign I modernised the existing logo by removing un-needed objects and minimalising the overall design. I then reworked the Stags antlers to spell A M O as a subtle design querk that would work well as its own brand mark or on business cards and merchandise.
For the website design my client wanted their website to stay true to thier style. They asked for a straight forward website that showcases their work and skills. So I developed a portfolio website and uses a unique colour pallet and font that reflects my clients business perfectly.

Past x Present
During lockdown I pushed myself physically to go outdoors and go hiking a lot more, and with that I discovered a new way of feeling accomplishment through challenging myself by reaching some of the highest peaks and travelling to new places in Scotland. Using some of the imagery I had taken of Scotlands beautiful scenery. I created a brand that's centred around pushing your limits and exploring what’s around you. The back designs combine this imagery with motivating terms my friends and I would use whilst on our outdoor adventures.

TYPOGRAPHY PROJECT
My inspiration for this short typography project was based on an advert Jeremy Clarkson as part of a The Grand Tour challenge. The advert was based on the original Golf GTI advert "The Man" released in 1984. Both adverts are linked below if you click on their images. I took inspiration from movie posters that replace the images with the script to create the images to achieve this final outcome.
